1) Buddy Who’s

We are sure you have seen their trademarked "cereal stuffed" pancakes on The Gram, but this place is more than just a good picture. With indoor and outdoor seating, the ambiance is bright, fun and perfect for Saturday or Sunday shenanigans (thanks to their $24 mimosas carafes and an on-point cocktail list). We wreckmend ordering the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Stuffed Pancakes topped with banana and chocolate chips (photo above), the Chicken Waffle Sandwich and Biscuits and Gravy. You can also order from the lunch menu where we suggest Short Rib Tacos and The Who Grilled Cheese.

2) Mathews Food and Drink

If you’re looking for a cute brunch spot in the heart of Jersey City for a family or girl's day, this is the spot for you. Serving brunch from 10:00am - 3:00pm on the weekends, we wreckmend ordering Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon Platter and Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich. In terms of drinks, you MUST order the shared cocktail, "Sharing Is Caring" – 48Cachaca, Guava Juice, Grapefruit, Elderflower, Fresh Fruit and Herbs (serves 4-6 people).

3) Brownstone Diner & Pancake Factory

You can even make the local diner a spot on your boozy brunch bucket list! Jersey City staple since 1968, you can’t go wrong with this classic diner and pancake house. With over 20 pancake selections, it is hard to make a decision with this massive menu. We wreckmend the Nutella Hazelnut Pancakes, Compote Pancakes and of course, the Original Buttermilk Pancakes. If you're looking to really get after it, we wreckmend the Country Breakfast Wrap - scrambled eggs, pork sausage, potatoes & American cheese rolled into an over-sized pancake!
